SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 3 days after they are placed. If we are traveling we will make an announcement on the website and our social media accounts.

We carefully package our products and make every attempt to avoid breakage. Nonetheless, accidents happen! If your pottery is broken during shipment please notify us immediately and hold onto the broken pottery piece and the package in case the shipping provider needs proof of the damage.

Return & Exchange Policy
All of our pottery is designed, crafted, and photographed by Cheryl or Stephen. While we try our best try to capture accurate photos of each piece of pottery, some variations in color might be noticeable upon delivery.
Because each piece is designed, crafted, carved, formed, glazed, and photographed by the artists they shouldn't be compared to mass-produced mugs or plates you might purchase at a retail store like Target. We prefer to consider each piece of handmade pottery as a unique work of art. Art is created with human hands, and slight imperfections occur and should be appreciated

Due to the handmade and unique qualities of each piece of pottery, returns or replacements of our products cannot be offered, so please consider each purchase carefully.

HOWEVER, functionality of all of our work is very important to us. If you notice a leak, crack, or other defect that affects the functionality of your piece please contact us within one week of delivery. We will diligently assess each claim and determine if a refund or replacement is warranted.
